Proven track record of successfully working with vulnerable children and young people. Comprehensive understanding of the statutory and regulatory framework for Registered Children’s Homes.

Who we are looking for
Our client is seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead the opening of a brand-new children’s home in Gloucester. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a new service from the ground up, creating a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment for young people who are making sense of adverse childhood experiences. The successful candidate will lead and develop a stable, motivated team, ensuring consistently high standards of care and safeguarding. They will be a strong advocate for young people, ensuring their voices are central to all decision-making and care planning. You will have excellent attention to detail, a strong understanding of regulatory compliance, and the ability to balance a hands‑on management style with creativity, innovation and a positive, solution‑focused approach.
