Junior Maintenance Engineer (Machine Tools)
£33,000 – £35,000 (£38k OTE) + 1.5x Overtime, Mechanical and Electrical Training, no weekends, days-based, company benefits.
We are looking for a Junior Mechanical Maintenance Engineer or similar with experience maintaining CNC machinery. The role offers a stable, days‑based schedule with a strong focus on training and work‑life balance.
The Role
- Maintain a variety of machine tools including CNC mills and lathes.
- Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and other maintenance tasks.
- Work Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.
- Receive mechanical and electrical training from senior staff.
The Person
- Junior maintenance engineer or similar background.
- Some mechanical knowledge.
- Commutable to Leicester.
