Site Manager – Build & Fit Out Projects

Elite Construction Talent are recruiting on behalf of a growing and highly regarded construction contractor for an experienced Site Manager to deliver a diverse portfolio of commercial build and fit‑out projects throughout Yorkshire.
This role suits a strong all‑round construction professional with experience managing projects from groundworks and shell through to full internal fit‑out and handover.
Working across a variety of sectors including commercial, office, retail and specialist projects, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality schemes safely, on programme and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from site set‑up through to completion and handover.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site labour.
- Drive programme, quality and health & safety performance.
- Liaise with clients, consultants and project stakeholders.
- Manage site logistics, materials and daily operations.
- Monitor project progress and report to senior management.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering both build and fit‑out projects.
- Strong construction knowledge across multiple trades and disciplines.
- Ability to manage projects independently from start to finish.
- Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
- Experience within commercial, retail, healthcare or similar sectors.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
