Job Title B2B Account Manager
Location: Salford – Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days home).
Salary: Up to £38,000, depending on experience.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
Key Responsibilities
- Client & Media Relations: Take day-to-day ownership of a B2B client portfolio, building strong relationships with clients, sector journalists, and influencers.
- Campaign Delivery: Create and implement strategic and tactical traditional/digital media activities, leveraging the news agenda for coverage opportunities.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging written copy across multiple channels and adapt writing styles to suit different sectors.
- Account Operations: Manage account budgets, track performance using status reports, and brief/manage third-party suppliers.
- Team & Growth: Support and delegate tasks to junior team members while contributing to new business pitches and upselling.
Essential Requirements
- Agency Experience: Minimum of 18–24 months’ relevant B2B communications consultancy experience, ideally at Senior Account Executive level or above.
- Campaign Track Record: Proven experience working across both traditional and digital B2B media campaigns.
- Organization & Communication: Outstanding time-management skills with the ability to confidently present and quickly build client trust.
