We are currently recruiting for experienced Commercial Managers to support a major engineering and infrastructure programme within a highly regulated environment

.These positions offer the opportunity to work on large-scale, technically complex projects while playing a key role in commercial delivery, contract management, and cost control

leAs a Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for managing the commercial and contractual performance of allocated projects or work packages. Working closely with project teams, you will ensure effective cost management, risk mitigation, and contract administration throughout the project lifecycl

  • ionAdminister contracts, compensation events, variations, and change management proces
  • sesPrepare and maintain accurate cost reports, forecasts, and financial performance metr

redWhat We’re Looking

  • ForExperience as a Commercial Manager, Senior Quantity Surveyor, or similar commercial
  • roleStrong understanding of cost management, contract administration, and commercial repor
  • tingExperience within infrastructure, engineering, defence, nuclear, energy, or complex construction sec
  • torsWorking knowledge of NEC contracts (other forms of contract experience also benefic
  • ial)Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management sk
  • illsAbility to work effectively within regulated and high-security environm
