We’re working with one of the UK’s largest multi-site healthcare businesses to find a sharp, executional Commercial Manager ready to operate at the heart of the business.
The Role
This is a rare opportunity to work directly with a Managing Director and senior operations leadership, with a genuine mandate to identify commercial opportunities, build the cases, and drive them through to delivery. You won’t be producing analysis for others to act on — you’ll own it end to end.
Day to day, you’ll be interrogating performance data across a large estate, building financial models and board-quality business cases, shaping pricing and revenue strategy, and working through the operations line to make things happen.
What We’re Looking For
- Significant commercial experience from FMCG, grocery, or a similarly rigorous, data-rich, multi-site consumer environment
- Strong P&L literacy — comfortable across revenue, margin, and cost levers
- Proven ability to build financial models and business cases that actually get adopted and delivered
- A track record of taking insight through the organisation and seeing initiatives land
- Able to produce board-level commercial papers independently, with minimal direction
- Advanced Excel and modelling skills; confident presenting to senior stakeholders
