r.What You Will Be Do

  • ingRunning your own conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion — sales, purchases, remortgages and new build transactio

  • on.Handling client communication, correspondence and file management to a consistently high standa
  • rd.Managing searches, exchange, completion and post-completion formalities with accuracy and efficien

er.What We Are Looking

For2–4 years PQE in residential conveyancing. You are organised, hardworking and happy to put your head down and get on with it. You want to be in a team where your work is valued and your development is supported. Experience with LEAP or similar case management software is an advant
