We are working with a well-established, partner-led boutique property firm, recognised for its high-quality work across both commercial and residential real estate matters. The firm combines a long-standing reputation with a modern, client-focused approach, operating from spacious offices in Woodford following many years in Central London.
They are seeking a talented property solicitor (2+ PQE) to join their growing practice, working across a blended caseload of commercial and residential matters. The role offers strong progression prospects, including a clear pathway towards partnership for the right individual.
The property practice covers a broad range of work across both commercial and residential real estate, with a focus on delivering high-quality, relationship-driven legal services.
Typical duties for the role will include:
- Managing a caseload of commercial or residential property matters, or a mix of both.
- Advising on landlord and tenant work, including drafting and negotiating leases.
- Handling commercial and/or residential sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold).
- Supporting on development matters and secured lending transactions.
- Advising clients on property management issues and related matters.
- Working closely with partners on transactions and contributing to client development.
- Supervising junior team members and assisting with the growth of the practice.
The successful candidate will have:
- Qualified Solicitor of England and Wales.
- 2+ years PQE with experience in commercial and/or residential property.
- Strong technical grounding across general property matters.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- A proactive, “can-do” attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A genuine interest in developing their career within a boutique environment.
