Paraplanner | Bath or Exeter / Hybrid

£45,000 basic salary + bonus

Are you an experienced Paraplanner looking for a role where your development is genuinely prioritised?

We’re working with a highly respected wealth management firm that is continuing to grow across the South West. Following a number of internal promotions and ongoing expansion plans, the business is looking to appoint Paraplanners in both Bath and Exeter.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm that actively develops its people, with clear progression routes available whether your ambitions lie in becoming a Chartered Paraplanner, or ultimately transitioning into a Financial Adviser role.

With several planned adviser retirements over the coming years, there will be opportunities to inherit existing client relationships and transition into an advisory role through a structured development programme.
