Senior Repairs Planner – Scheduling & Client Service

MMP Consultancy Limited is seeking a Senior Repairs Planner in Birmingham to oversee several maintenance contracts. This role involves scheduling work for up to 20 operatives daily and providing excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will manage a team of planners, ensure timely allocation of works, and maintain communication with supervisors and clients. Candidates should have experience in a similar capacity, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in IT tools, including Microsoft Office.
