Location: London
Job Description:

A fantastic opportunity to join us as we create a standalone Payments Acquiring business with our Brookfield partners. This is an exciting time to join a unique project well suited to candidates who thrive in a fast paced, flat organisation with significant autonomy.

Enterprise Technology will be replacing a complex, largely on-premise technology stack with a clean new SaaS landscape for Finance, Risk, HR and Functions. We require an exceptional Product Manager to lead the strategy and roadmap for our new HR technology stack from definition through to build, ongoing run and continued enhancement. You will be using your significant experience of HR technologies to ensure we implement a modern, SaaS based HR technology stack and extract maximum value for our colleagues, including use of AI. You will work closely with implementation partners and vendors to translate strategic priorities into a deliverable roadmap, ensuring alignment between product vision and programme execution.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

  • Proven experience as a senior Product Owner and/or Manager, defining visions, roadmaps and prioritisation.
  • Deep knowledge and experience across core HR Technology domains (e.g. system of record, recruitment, payroll, benefits, etc.) and their integration within a broader enterprise structure.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working effectively across HR, Finance, and Technology teams including navigating governance and senior stakeholder forums at C-level.

Some other highly valued skills may include:

  • Experience selecting and integrating with outsourced Payroll and Benefits providers.
  • Experience with migrations or carve outs of HR technology from existing companies.
  • Experience with HR technologies and processes in fintech organisations.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion integration for HR tools.

You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job‑specific technical skills.

The successful candidate will be based in London. Our offices are located at 1 Churchill Place and 7 Westferry Circus (new BPL office). We support a hybrid working pattern with 3 days per week office‑based presence expected.
