Westmorland and Furness Council is seeking a Family Hub Practitioner to support children and families up to age 25 with SEND and neurodiversity. This outreach role, based in Barrow, Penrith, and Kendal, offers a fixed-term contract until March 2029.
We seek enthusiastic individuals with a high level of SEND expertise to shape tailored support services, engaging with families to improve outcomes. You’ll work closely with schools and SEND partners to assess needs and provide effective support around daily routines and behavioural challenges.
