Responsibilities

• Advise on complex cross-border M&A transactions for a diverse client base as part of a leading US law firm’s M&A practice in London.
• Work closely with market leaders and senior practitioners to manage sophisticated transactions.
• Contribute to deal execution and client service while benefiting from strong deal exposure.

Qualifications

• 2-4 PQE in M&A or related practice areas; experience in managing sophisticated transactions.
