In-House Senior Paralegal – Investment Management

We’re working with a well-regarded international financial institution looking to hire a paralegal into its London-based legal team, supporting a busy investment-focused business.

This is a hands-on role with strong exposure to both legal and business teams, alongside the opportunity to get involved in improving how the legal function operates.

The role includes:

• Acting as a key coordination point for legal queries across the business
• Supporting lawyers on a range of investment-related matters
• Contributing to improvements in processes, systems and ways of work
• Assisting with documentation and record management across investment activities
• Working closely with teams across risk, compliance and operations

About you:

• Paralegal experience within financial services (ideally asset or wealth management)
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle a varied workload
• Comfortable working closely with stakeholders across the business
• Experience supporting legal teams on operational or process-driven work

Additional experience: interest in applying technology or AI within a legal support environment to improve workflow.
