I’m currently partnering with a highly successful international real estate investment and asset management business to hire a Management Accountant for their London finance team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established investment platform with a significant global portfolio across real estate, hospitality, infrastructure, sports, entertainment, and lifestyle sectors.

The Opportunity

You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of UK real estate and investment entities, working across:

• Monthly management accounts preparation
• Bookkeeping and financial reporting
• Bank and intercompany reconciliations
• VAT and tax compliance
• Cash management and forecasting
• Year-end audit support
• Stakeholder management across the business

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years’ accounting experience
• At least AAT qualified
• Strong management accounting background
• Experience preparing VAT returns and statutory reporting support
• Knowledge of FRS 102 and IFRS
• Sage 200 experience beneficial
• Strong Excel skills and excellent attention to detail
