About the Rol

eWe are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Detection & Controls Sales Support Engineer to join our EMEA team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to play a key role in supporting a growing portfolio of fire detection, control, and life safety solutions across the region

.As the technical expert within the team, you will provide advanced technical support, product expertise, and training to customers, sales teams, and industry stakeholders. You will work closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure solutions are correctly specified, supported, and implemented, while helping drive business growth across the EMEA market

.Key Responsibiliti

  • esProvide Level 2 technical support for detection and control systems to customers, internal teams, consultants, and specifier
  • s.Support regional sales teams with technical expertise to help achieve sales and margin objective
  • s.Assist operations teams with technical input for quotations, project documentation, and solution desig
  • n.Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to customers and stakeholder
  • s.Support the specification of detection and control solutions with consultants, end users, and internal colleague
  • s.Develop and deliver technical and commercial training programmes for both internal teams and external customer
  • s.Gather market feedback and contribute to product improvements and new product development initiative
  • s.Support the introduction and evaluation of new and beta product
  • s.Collaborate with colleagues across the business to share knowledge and provide technical support when require
  • d.Assist in resolving product-related technical issues and claims by providing expert guidance and recommendation
  • s.Support compliance activities, including local approvals, certifications, and adherence to relevant industry standard
