Senior Restaurant Manager – Hakkasan Mayfair

Key Responsibilities
As Senior Restaurant Manager, you’ll be a visible leader on the restaurant floor, setting the pace for service while coaching and developing the front-of-house team.
- Lead the day-to-day front-of-house operation, ensuring exceptional service and a seamless guest experience
- Be a visible and inspiring leader on the floor, setting the standard for service excellence and team performance
- Build lasting guest relationships, anticipating needs and resolving feedback with confidence and professionalism
- Take ownership of service planning, including floor layouts, team deployment and operational readiness for each shift
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, ensuring accurate cash handling, effective handovers and operational compliance
- Coach, mentor and develop front-of-house team members and junior managers, creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Support recruitment, onboarding and training, helping to build and retain a high-performing team
- Drive operational efficiency through effective stock control, cost management and continuous improvement
- Use operational and sales performance data to identify opportunities to improve productivity, revenue and guest satisfaction
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety, COSHH, licensing requirements and company standards
- Collaborate closely with the reception, kitchen and wider management teams to deliver a consistently smooth and efficient service
- Support business initiatives, promotions and guest engagement activities that enhance the overall dining experience

- A track record of leading high performing front-of-house teams in busy, quality-driven environments
- An inspiring leader who develops people and builds engaged teams
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing labour, costs, and operational performance
- Exceptional guest engagement skills with the confidence to build lasting relationships
- Calm, decisive and hands-on under pressure
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
