Cluster Sales Manager – fitness brand – Chorley – £26K O.T.E. + career progression
We are looking for a Sales Manager to work across two multi‑purpose leisure centres for one of the U.K.’s most progressive Leisure Trusts.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all local marketing, sales planning and activity for the centres.
- Lead, inspire, coach and manage a team of membership consultants to achieve monthly membership sales targets.
- Lead by example by selling to contribute to the overall team target.
- Contribute to overall business objectives as a senior member of the management team.
Qualifications
- At least two years of successful sales experience in a target‑oriented customer‑facing environment.
- Experience leading and coaching teams, planning and implementing sales strategy, and managing the sales process.
- Outgoing and dynamic disposition, thrive on working to targets, and a real passion for health and fitness.
Remuneration includes a competitive basic salary up to £21,000 depending on experience, plus monthly and quarterly individual and team commission, with the opportunity to learn, develop and progress within the business.
