We are seeking a highly motivated Client Delivery Consultant to support key client accounts and drive service excellence. Working closely with Client Engagement Managers and cross-functional teams, you will ensure successful service delivery, strong stakeholder relationships, and operational performance.
The ideal candidate brings project management experience, a consulting mindset, and strong communication skills. You will support strategic initiatives, resolve complex challenges, drive continuous improvement through data insights, and help align resources with client and business priorities.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery and measurable business value.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client outcomes and support account growth initiatives.
- Partner with client stakeholders and senior leaders to drive engagement and successful outcomes.
- Establish and manage governance frameworks, performance tracking, and risk mitigation processes.
- Ensure accuracy and quality of reporting, proactively identifying and addressing service-related issues.
- Prepare and deliver regular performance reviews, recommending and implementing improvement actions.
- Monitor resource requirements and coordinate appropriate support to meet client and business needs.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment, communication, and seamless execution across functions.
Requirements:
- Experience in client delivery, account management, project management, consulting, or a related client-facing role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related discipline; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Experience working within multinational and matrixed environments; B2B services experience is beneficial.
- Proven ability to build relationships, manage stakeholders, and influence senior decision-makers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English.
