To ensure the provision of efficient and effective administration, secretarial, clinical appointment and prescribing service for SIAS. To ensure a solid and multi‑disciplinary service. Reliable data entry into ILL Y Data System, Pharmoutcomes, computer systems and providing support and training to administrative staff using these systems. Acting as a single point of contact within BSMHFT and partner agencies.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will cover a range of administration tasks, including secretarial, administrative, prescribing service, big hand & IT skills. They will manage systems to support clinical treatments, provide comprehensive administrative/secretarial service to SIAS, undertake delegated tasks on behalf of the Team Manager, and ensure day‑to‑day running and control of administrative and secretarial services. They will interpret and share relevant data across several drug treatment providers such as probation, court teams, police and PCTs, both within BSMHFT and partner agencies. The role requires high levels of input accuracy, data analysis and interpretation of BSMHFT data reports/systems to share information across the SIAS programme.

Qualifications
- NVQ level 2 and above in business administration
Knowledge & Experience
- Significant experience of working with Microsoft packages
- Experience of working with people who suffer from mental health or substance misuse related problems
