Senior Account Director

London/Bristol (Hybrid) – 1x every 2 weeks

Up to £65,000

This is an opportunity to step into a senior leadership role within a well-established CRM and data-led agency entering an exciting growth phase. With new global backing and an expanding client portfolio, you will play a key role in shaping strategic CRM programmes for high-profile consumer brands while leading a high-performing client services team.

The Role

You will take ownership of key client accounts, acting as the strategic lead while ensuring seamless campaign delivery and commercial success.

  • Lead and grow complex CRM accounts, ensuring delivery against client objectives
  • Shape CRM strategy across lifecycle marketing, campaigns, and customer engagement
  • Manage senior client relationships and act as a trusted partner to stakeholders
  • Oversee campaign delivery across multiple channels, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including strategy, data, creative, and technology
  • Drive commercial performance including revenue growth and profitability
  • Mentor and develop account team members, fostering a high-performing culture

Your Skills and Experience

  • Strong experience operating within an agency environment, ideally within CRM or data-led marketing
  • Proven capability leading large, complex client accounts with high levels of stakeholder engagement
  • Deep understanding of CRM strategy and campaign delivery across channels such as email, web, app, and push
  • Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and identifying growth opportunities
  • Confidence balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
  • Experience leading and developing teams
  • Familiarity with marketing technology platforms; exposure to tools such as Braze is beneficial but not essential
