The role of Core Product Trainer

• Design, develop, and deliver training programmes covering the full range of company products and solutions for customers
• Create structured training materials for existing products and new product developments, working closely with the Product Management team
• Deliver engaging and effective training sessions that meet customer requirements and business objectives
• Maintain accurate training records, certification documentation, and database systems
• Conduct trainee assessments and provide certification upon successful completion
• Support initiatives to increase awareness and uptake of training services
• Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and relevant ISO standards

The ideal Core Product Trainer

• Experience designing, developing, and delivering product or technical training
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Organised and detail-oriented with experience maintaining training records and certifications
• Flexibility and availability to travel to customer sites as required
