The role of Core Product Trainer
- Design, develop, and deliver training programmes covering the full range of company products and solutions for customers
- Create structured training materials for existing products and new product developments, working closely with the Product Management team
- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions that meet customer requirements and business objectives
- Maintain accurate training records, certification documentation, and database systems
- Conduct trainee assessments and provide certification upon successful completion
- Support initiatives to increase awareness and uptake of training services
- Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and relevant ISO standards
The ideal Core Product Trainer
- Experience designing, developing, and delivering product or technical training
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Organised and detail-oriented with experience maintaining training records and certifications
- Flexibility and availability to travel to customer sites as required
