  • Analyse sales performance, inventory, profitability and product trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Lead seasonal range planning, product performance reviews and collection analysis.
  • Own pricing strategy, competitor benchmarking and markdown planning to maximise profitability.
  • Produce regular trading reports and commercial insight for senior leadership.
  • Partner with Ecommerce, Wholesale, Design, Marketing, Production and Logistics teams to ensure merchandising plans support wider business objectives.
  • Support product lifecycle planning from concept through to commercial launch.
  • Deliver post season analysis and commercial recommendations to influence future product strategy.

What are we looking for?

  • Previous Merchandising experience within a luxury, premium or contemporary fashion brand.
  • Experience operating within a fast paced SME or growing business environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience across demand planning, inventory management and trading analysis.
  • Comfortable interpreting evolving business data to make informed commercial decisions and identify opportunities.
  • Excellent analytical capability with advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience developing pricing, markdown and stock optimisation strategies.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and seasonal planning.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • A proactive, solutions focused individual who enjoys taking ownership and driving continuous improvement.
  • Highly organised, adaptable and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Competitive salary up to £60,000 + benefits.
