If you enjoy helping young people start and end their school day safely and positively, we’d love to hear from you! n Position Details n Role: School Minibus Driver Hours: 25 hours per week, 36 weeks per year Schedule: Split shift (morning & afternoon school runs) Location: Quinton House School, Upton, Northampton Salary: £15 per hour n Key Responsibilities n n Safely transport students to and from school on scheduled routes n Carry out daily vehicle safety and maintenance checks n Keep the minibus clean, tidy, and roadworthy n Ensure the safety, comfort, and appropriate behaviour of students n Complete basic driving, mileage, and safety records n n What We’re Looking For n n A valid driving licence ( D1 category preferred ) n A clean driving record n Previous driving experience (school or community transport beneficial) n Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain) n Calm, friendly, and professional attitude n Dependable, punctual, and committed to safety n PSV Licence required n n What We Offer n n A competitive hourly rate n A term‑time‑only working pattern that supports work-life balance n A warm, supportive school community n Training and development opportunities n n If you’re patient, safety‑conscious , and enjoy working with young people, this could be the perfect role for you!
