We are seeking a motivated Commercial Property Solicitor to join our established team in Royston. This is a rare opportunity to work alongside a highly experienced senior colleague with a structured succession plan in place, offering a clear pathway to inherit a long-standing caseload and well-established client relationships.
The successful candidate will benefit from a comprehensive handover period, gaining valuable knowledge and exposure to a broad range of commercial property matters whilst building their own profile within the local business community.
Duties
- Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters
- Advise on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
- Handle landlord and tenant matters, including commercial leases
- Work closely with a senior solicitor as part of a planned succession process
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and referrers
- Support business development and networking activities to generate new work
Successful Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor with expeirence within Commercial Property
- NQ+ level through to mid-level experience considered
- Strong communication and client relationship management skills
- Commercially minded with an interest in business development
- Proactive, organised and keen to develop their career long-term
- Ability to work collaboratively whilst taking ownership of matters
