Graduate Automotive Engineers Needed
Thinking about kick starting your career in the automotive industry? If you are recently graduating with a degree or 2:1 in Engineering, Motorsport or Automotive, we have positions for you.
Job Type: Permanent or contract (Long-term)
Salary: £25,000 per annum (permanent) or £16.00–£17.00 per hour (contract)
Clients: Automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers; positions are onsite at production plants.
Location: Essex or West Midlands.
You will need a 2:1 or higher degree (or final-year placement/dissertation) in any of the following areas:
- Engineering / Motorsport or Automotive
Expected skills:
- Chassis
- CAD
- Body
- Powertrain
- MATLAB
- AutoCAD
- Teamcenter
- Electrical
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the resolution of technical issues and develop technology within the team environment, interfacing directly with attribute teams, component areas, manufacturing, marketing, sales and service.
- Apply system engineering experience in Powertrain, Body, Electrical, Chassis, etc.
- Demonstrate sound technical knowledge of key vehicle systems and whole-vehicle engineering.
- Be qualified to degree level and computer literate.
- Fluent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
Education Required
Minimum 2:1 degree with relevant experience in the automotive sector.
