Independent CIN Review Lead | Safeguarding & Multi-Agency

Baltimore Consulting Limited is seeking a Child in Need Reviewing Officer for a minimum 3-month contract with an immediate start. The role offers hybrid working with 3 days on site and pays £300 per day, inside IR35.

The successful candidate will lead Child in Need reviews, driving quality assurance and ensuring a child’s voice is central to the process. A strong background in safeguarding, independent challenge, and local authority experience is required.
