Microsoft Fabric Data Engineer

Salary: £45,000 – 56,000 per year

Requirements

• Experience delivering enterprise cloud data platforms.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Terraform, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Understanding of modern data architecture and Agile delivery.
• Ability to support and integrate legacy and modern technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver a Fabric-based data platform with a modular, scalable architecture.
• Use Terraform to implement Infrastructure as Code and automate deployments.
• Build and optimize data pipelines, lakehouse/warehouse solutions, and models.
• Embed CI/CD, security, governance, and monitoring into the platform.

We are looking for a Data Platform Engineer to join our team and help build and scale a modern, cloud-native data platform. This role focuses on creating a highly automated environment where both infrastructure and data services are defined and deployed through code.
