We’re looking for GenAI/Agentic Engineers who will shape the future of Machine Learning, Generative AI and Agentic AI by building and deploying intelligent systems that combine cutting‑edge models, agentic frameworks, and full‑stack engineering to solve real business problems.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test and deploy front‑end and back‑end components of applications within the data science and AI consulting team focused on GenAI and agentic solutions.
- Collaborate with cloud architects, data scientists, product managers and business consultants to bring ideas to production.
- Design agentic workflows with HITL gates, auditability, policy controls and robust evaluation/monitoring suitable for regulated clients.
- Translate business challenges into AI‑powered solutions, leveraging Generative and Agentic AI, data science and analytics to deliver innovation and results that meet client standards.
- Work effectively in a team, supporting peers to deliver at pace and meet our internal standards of output and delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience in a major consulting firm or industry with a consulting mindset and proven ability to succeed in a matrixed organisation.
- Ability to enlist support and commitment from peers and client sponsors to design requirements and build solutions.
- Experience designing and developing full‑stack applications across the lifecycle from PoCs to MVPs to secure, scalable production‑grade solutions.
- Track record of delivering solutions using traditional machine‑learning models, generative AI models and agentic AI frameworks in a client‑facing environment.
- Ability to demonstrate the business value of AI.
Technical Expertise
- Languages & Frameworks: Python (3.10+), TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), SQL, Bash.
- Front‑end: React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, ShadCN UI, Redux, Zustand, Jest, Cypress.
- Back‑end: Django, DRF, FastAPI, Pydantic, Celery, Django Channels, Flask, RESTful APIs.
- Databases & Storage: PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, MongoDB, Firestore, BigQuery, Azure Blob Storage.
- Cloud & DevOps: Azure, GCP, Docker, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, RBAC and cost controls.
- Software Engineering: Clean Code, DDD, modular architecture, TDD, code quality tools.
- AI Engineering (Desirable): RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, LLM integration, LangSmith, TruLens.
- Agentic Frameworks (Desirable): LangChain, CrewAI, Autogen, OpenAI Agents, Google ADK.
