Manufacturing Technician (Night Shift)

A leading advanced manufacturing business is looking for a Production Technician to join a high volume, highly automated environment on a permanent night shift pattern. This is a hands on role combining production support, maintenance, and fault finding within a fast paced setting.Shift Pattern3 days on, 3 days off11pm to 11amThe RoleYou will take ownership of technical and processing activities across the production line, ensuring machinery runs efficiently while maintaining quality and uptime.Key Responsibilities Include

• Operating production machinery and supporting daily line activities
• Covering breaks, assembling product, and managing pallet release duties
• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and refurbishing offline equipment
• Diagnosing and repairing electro mechanical faults
• Ensuring equipment is set correctly and producing to required standards
• Monitoring in process quality and resolving issues to avoid product holds
• Minimising downtime while controlling repair and spare part costs

About You

• Level 3 qualification in Electrical Engineering
• Experience in a high volume, fast paced manufacturing environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
• Comfortable working permanent night shifts
