Interim Senior HR Business Partner | Group Transformation | Manufacturing
HW Interim Solutions are supporting a global manufacturing business on a transformation programme and are looking for a high calibre Interim Senior HR Professional to lead organisational redesign activity across multiple group functions.
The Assignment
Working across the UK, Europe and North America, you’ll support a major group transformation programme spanning IT, Finance, Operations and HR.
The focus is on organisational redesign and implementation, redefining roles and responsibilities, mapping current talent into future state structures, and constructively challenging senior leaders on organisation design decisions.
This is a hands-on interim role requiring pace, pragmatism and resilience. The environment is operational, fast moving and commercially driven, therefore previous manufacturing experience is essential.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven track record as an Interim Senior HR Business Partner delivering large scale transformation and change programmes
- Significant experience leading operating model design and organisational redesign across group functions
- Experience within small to medium sized manufacturing businesses, including designing or building greenfield operating models and organisational structures
- Strong manufacturing sector background is essential
- Expertise in:
- Organisation design
- Structural redesign
- Role clarity and accountability mapping
- Talent and workforce mapping
- Senior stakeholder engagement and constructive challenge
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, evolving environments
- Able to balance strategic thinking with hands on delivery
Contract Details
- Initial 6 month interim assignment
- Outside IR35
- Day rate dependent on experience
- UK or Europe based preferred
- International travel required across the UK, Europe and North America
