About The Role:
A large, progressive and highly sought after global architecture and design practice recognised for its research-driven approach, commitment to sustainability and its ability to deliver innovative, people-centred projects is looking for an Intermediate Architectural Technologist to support the delivery of workplace and corporate interior projects in their London studio.
You will work within a collaborative technical team, contributing to detailed package development, Revit coordination, regulatory compliance and the production of high‑quality technical information across all RIBA stages. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed technical packages across all RIBA stages
- Produce high-quality technical detailing, tender documentation and NBS specifications
- Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, British Standards and planning requirements
- Coordinate Revit models and resolve clashes with architecture, interiors, MEP and structural teams
- Research and specify materials, joinery, furniture systems and finishes
- Support site reviews and assist the design team with construction-stage technical queries
Key Skills/ Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in practice, ideally within workplace or corporate interiors
- A degree in Architectural Technology or other relevant degree
- Strong Revit proficiency
- Excellent technical detailing skills and understanding of construction methodologies
- Confident knowledge of UK Building Regulations
- Strong communication, coordination and documentation skills within multidisciplinary teams
