Furniture Design & Technical Support Specialist

Fittingly in Stoke on Trent is seeking a proactive Furniture Design & Technical Advisor to support customers from design through to installation. The role involves being the first point of contact for enquiries and providing exceptional service.

The ideal candidate has a strong passion for customer service, experience in solving problems, and effective communication skills. This position has a 9am–5pm schedule with some evening flexibility required.
