Vetro Recruitment is seeking a Regional Manager (Supported Living) to oversee approximately 18 homes in West Wales. Candidates must have extensive experience in managing teams supporting individuals with learning disabilities and hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care. This position offers a salary range of £39,000 – £44,000 plus a car allowance.
The role’s focus is on delivering high-quality, person-centred support while ensuring compliance and improving the performance of supported living managers across Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire.
