Opus Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer (HRSD) for a hybrid role in London, offering up to £75,000 plus benefits. This is an excellent opportunity to join a boutique Elite ServiceNow partner during a period of significant growth.
The company specializes in ITSM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, and SecOps implementations, with recent projects in financial services, banking, telecommunications, and the public sector. As a key member of the delivery team, you will support clients from discovery to launch, working alongside industry experts and potentially shadowing a CTA.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 hands-on experience on the ServiceNow platform
- End-to-End HRSD implementation experience
- Knowledge of Sec-Ops or GRC modules (highly desirable)
- Proficiency in Java, HTML, Python
- Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations
- Understanding of ITIL methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Full rights to work in the UK
