Project Communications Business Partner

Location: City of LondonSalary: £48K- £55K per YearContract: PermanentType: Full Time

Main Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site visits
• Arrange and direct photography and videos to capture key project events, including capture of construction capability
• Draft project content for the website, capability documents, brochures, live projects
• Integrate corporate branding and narrative into text, supported by relevant images
• Develop, write, manage and post a range of content on the company’s internal and external communications channels (intranet, internal emails, website, LinkedIn, YouTube…)
• Work with project teams and business development to deliver external-facing events and campaigns, e.g. ground-breaking, topping out, opening ceremonies, customer networking events
• Develop robust relationships with sector leads, project teams in company function teams, providing communications and branding support
• Work with our external digital agency to produce briefs for video production and digital content around key hot topics and technical projects to strengthen the brand position
• Ensure the company’s brand guidelines are followed in all communications activities, briefing our external graphic designer
