Responsibilities

• Lead a group of dedicated onboarding professionals, supporting and guiding the team.
• Improve processes and help clients start their journey in the best possible way.
• Coaching and developing others, creating a positive team culture, leading by example.
• Stay close to day‑to‑day operations, solving challenges, managing priorities, and ensuring clients receive the high level of service they expect.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor, or people‑management role.
• Genuine passion for developing and supporting others.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset and commitment to delivering outstanding service.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage competing priorities.
