Responsibilities
- Lead a group of dedicated onboarding professionals, supporting and guiding the team.
- Improve processes and help clients start their journey in the best possible way.
- Coaching and developing others, creating a positive team culture, leading by example.
- Stay close to day‑to‑day operations, solving challenges, managing priorities, and ensuring clients receive the high level of service they expect.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor, or people‑management role.
- Genuine passion for developing and supporting others.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Customer‑focused mindset and commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage competing priorities.
