Job Description:

A global investment firm based in the west end of London currently seek an experienced Trade and Treasury Operations specialist at a Senior Associate or Principal level with a proven background in non market trading and treasury operations

**To be eligible you must have completed the IMC or IOC – first exam preferred*

*Key Responsibilitie

  • s Key owner of ensuring client investments and treasury needs are implemented in a timely and accurate manner across the below asset class
  • es.This includes reviewing and sending execution instructions for Private placement and hedge funds (with specific attention paid to the terms of the funds they incl. fee classes, minimums, fund notice periods, gates, lock up periods) UCITs and Mutual fund ord
  • ersProcessing cash payments for clients and capital call payments for private placement fun
  • ds.Day to day execution of the following asset classes: ETF funds and equity trades (being aware of specific tax and regional restrictions as well as resolving settlement issues), Foreign Exchange (spot and forwards for portfolio hedging purposes) , Futures and Direct fixed inc
  • omeBuilding the day-to-day relationship with external third-party custodians and brokers. Ensuring best executi

  • encePrevious Trade & Treasury operations experience in a similar operations role within financial services, such as a private bank, middle office or settlement ag
  • ency.Have a good understanding of the product types across the major investment asset classes (non-market assets and trea
  • sury)Be familiar with the relevant market regulations and reporting requirements, such as, MIFID II and
  • EMIR.Demonstrate excellent judgment and ability to analyse issues quickly and independently to take appropriate action with minimal supervi
  • sion.Demonstrate an ability to evaluate and interpret numerical data in order to spot potential errors in complex trade execution p
