Production Operative

Location: Nuneaton, UK | Full-Time

Our UK-based automotive customer is looking for a hands-on, detail-focused Production Operative to join their growing manufacturing team.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform end-of-line testing on electronic products.
• Assemble precision electronic components and prototypes.
• Carry out quality checks and support continuous improvement.
• Work closely with engineering and quality teams to ensure high standards.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in electronics assembly, manufacturing, or automotive production.
• Familiarity with testing equipment and quality control processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.
• Automotive or high-tech manufacturing experience is a plus.
