Senior Fund Operations Analyst – Well-established Hedge Fund – Flexible Working

A long-standing client, a multi‑billion AUM West End‑based fund manager, is looking for a hybrid Senior Trade Support & Fund Accounting professional to join a close‑knitted team. The role reports directly to the Head of Operations.

Responsibilities

• Trade support and settlement oversight within Enfusion.
• Cash, trade and position reconciliations.
• Fund accounting oversight.
• Stock loan monitoring, corporate actions, and proxy voting.
• Partner closely with portfolio managers and traders to support the investment process.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and upgrade the firm’s infrastructure and operational workflow.

Career Path

There is scope to progress into an Operations Manager position.

Compensation & Benefits

The total compensation figure is around £100k‑£110k, coupled with an attractive benefits package and flexible work‑from‑home arrangements.
