This fast growing telecommunications business is mobilising a customer experience programme and looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a key workstream, initially focused on design of the customer journey and working closely with technical and IT teams to ensure it can be delivered.
As the successful applicant you’ll demonstrate:
- Strong experience delivering project / programmes in the telecommunication sector.
- Proven track record leading CX / service design workstreams.
- Experience producing and overseeing journey blueprints that are specific enough for operations and technology teams to act on
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Credible, hands on and low ego.
- Ability to lead a small team.
Additional information:
- 9 month contract
- August / September start
- Day rate circa £650 outside IR35
- Predominantly home based with occasional UK travel.
