We’re looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead our end-to-end supply chain operation and play a key role in driving operational excellence, customer service, and business growth.
Reporting to the Operations Director, you’ll lead a team across planning, procurement, logistics, and materials management, ensuring the efficient flow of materials and products from supplier to customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the supply chain function across planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, and customer fulfilment.
- Drive the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
- Optimise inventory, forecasting, capacity planning, and service performance.
- Develop strong supplier relationships and ensure continuity of supply.
- Manage logistics, warehousing, and international trade compliance activities.
- Deliver continuous improvement initiatives focused on service, cost, and efficiency.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
The successful Supply Chain Manager
- Proven Supply Chain Management experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of planning, procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
- Experience leading S&OP, demand planning, and capacity planning processes.
- SAP and ERP/MRP systems experience.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
