We are working with a well-established, design-led architecture studio seeking a Senior Architect to join their team, focused on delivering high-quality residential projects across London.

This established London studio works across residential-led architecture, delivering projects from early concept through to completion. The Role
You will take a leading role on residential projects, guiding them through design development, planning and delivery. This position sits at the heart of the studio, bridging senior leadership and project teams, with real influence over both process and outcome.
Responsibilities
- Lead residential projects through RIBA stages 0 to 7
- Manage design coordination with consultants and internal teams
- Oversee drawing packages and ensure technical resolution on site
- Support client communication and planning submissions
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to studio standards
Requirements
- You are an ARB-registered Architect with RIBA Chartered Membership or equivalent
- You have demonstrable experience leading UK residential projects
- You are confident across planning, technical design and delivery stages
- You are proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
- You communicate clearly with clients, consultants and contractors
