Senior Project Manager (Remediation) – East Midlands – Immediate Start
A Senior Project Manager is required to oversee remediation works on large residential buildings in the East Midlands. The first scheme in Nottingham will commence on site imminently and involves the replacement and remediation works both internally and externally to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements (Building Safety Act).
These are ‘live environment’ sites, so strong client‑facing skills are required to maintain good relationships with residents and all relevant stakeholders. Candidates ideally come from a background working on projects for housing associations or local authorities and have managed projects of a similar calibre to this one.
The successful Project Manager will be highly motivated and able to work in a busy, pressurised environment with proven experience working to tight deadlines. This is a temp‑to‑perm role with at least two more sites in the area due to start in the next 12 months.
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth construction process, including coordination of all activities.
- Managing all site labour and subcontractors.
- Managing the programme and minimising or eliminating potential programme delays.
