Opportunity for a Contentious Employment Associate to join a leading international law firm with its highly regarded Employment practice.

The opportunity

The Employment team is Legal 500 ranked and recognised as one of the UK’s leading practices, advising prestigious private and public sector clients on their most complex and sensitive employment issues.

The firm is now seeking an Employment Associate to join its London team as part of its continued growth.

This role offers the opportunity to work on employee and employer matters, with a focus on contentious work.

The new hire will handle high-stakes Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation, provide strategic advice on business-critical employment issues, take a leading role in coordinating complex cross-border projects including large-scale restructurings, and multinational compliance initiatives.

Required

  • UK qualified Solicitor with 1-5 years’ PQE
  • Strong employment law experience gained within a reputable law firm
  • Experience handling contentious employment matters
  • Strong academic credentials
