Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 (dependent on experience) + bonus and benefits

Shift: 5 out of 7 – 12noon – 10pm

.Responsibiliti

• esLead and manage all inbound operations, including goods-in, good out, deliveries and stock movement with accurate booking and SLA adheren
• ceInspire, coach and develop warehouse team members, fostering a safe, engaged and high-performance working cultu
• reMaintain robust quality control standards across all inbound and warehouse process
• esPartner with other departments to ensure smooth operational flow and exceptional customer outcom
• esDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity and service leve
• lsMonitor and analyse operational performance metrics, taking action to achieve and exceed targe
• tsEnsure stock accuracy and replenishment processes are maintained to support operational dema
• ndSupport resource planning to meet changing business volumes and prioriti

• ntsProven experience managing teams in a fast-paced warehouse environm
• entExceptional leadership and people management skills with strong communication abilit
• iesSolid understanding of people management processes including absence and performance managem
• entStrong organisational and multitasking abilities with a commitment to accuracy, quality and saf
• etyExperience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is prefer
• redForklift certification is advantage
