Electrical Maintenance Engineer / EC&I Engineer (PLC Training)

£45,500 – £51,000 per annum plus external technical training (electrical and mechanical). Optional overtime paid at 1.5x. 20 days holiday and life insurance.

Factory based, commute from Scunthorpe, Gainsborough, Lincoln, Louth, Sheffield and surrounding areas.

Shift based: 4 on / 4 off, 6am-6pm & 6pm-6am.

Overview

We are looking for an engineer experienced in electrical maintenance, controls or instrumentation to join a small technical team. You will be trained as a dual‑skilled engineer, gain exposure to PPM and RM maintenance, and have the opportunity for career progression and uncapped overtime.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance of a variety of machines, including PPM and RM maintenance.
• Work on a 4 on / 4 off shift schedule.
• Participate in technical training delivered by in‑house and external manufacturers.
• Work within a manufacturing facility, with a team that offers bi‑annual training plans.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance engineering experience.
• Willingness to work a shift‑based schedule.
• Desire for training and career progression.
