Your new role
You will take a lead role in the design and technical delivery of architectural projects, working across a variety of sectors. This position will suit a design-focused professional with strong technical capability and proven experience in project delivery.Key responsibilities include:
- Managing projects from inception through to completion
- Producing and coordinating detailed drawings and specifications
- Leading project teams and mentoring junior staff (Part I & II Assistants)
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Supporting business development through networking and existing client relationships
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and in line with regulations
What you’ll need to succeed
- ARB/RIBA qualified Architect with 5+ years’ post-Part III UK experience
- Strong experience working in a project delivery role
- Proven ability in client-facing and networking activities
- Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning processes
- Experience within the commercial and/or education sectors (desirable)
- Proficiency in Revit (essential), AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite
- Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
- Highly motivated with a proactive approach to work
