  • Meet assigned targets for revenue growth, profitability, and strategic KPIs
  • Manage and nurture existing Lenovo relationships while establishing new, senior‑level connections within Lenovo account teams
  • Own and manage the Lenovo sales pipeline, proactively engaging CDW sales teams to progress opportunities through to close

  • Own and drive leads generated through joint CDW and Lenovo marketing campaigns, ensuring conversion to closed business
  • Maintain and manage all required Lenovo certifications and accreditations

  • Confident managing pipelines, forecasts, and performance against targets
  • Strong relationship‑building and influencing skills across internal sales teams and external vendor stakeholders
  • Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proactive, self‑motivated, and results‑driven, with a natural “hunter” mindset
  • Comfortable leading discussions at all levels, including senior and executive stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with a creative approach to identifying new opportunities, markets, and growth areas
  • Passionate about technology and its impact on customers and organisations
  • Collaborative, sociable, and able to build strong internal networks to achieve shared goals
