The Opportunity – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
As an Executive Search Consultant, you’ll work closely with Partners and senior consultants on retained search assignments for some of the world’s most respected organisations.
You’ll develop expertise in market intelligence, leadership assessment, candidate engagement, and strategic research while building relationships with senior executives and business leaders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting detailed market research and industry analysis
- Delivering market mapping and talent intelligence projects
- Identifying and engaging senior leadership talent
- Producing high-quality client reports and search documentation
- Building relationships with executives and industry stakeholders
- Supporting retained executive search projects from brief through to completion
- Developing expertise within multiple specialist sectors
This is a role for individuals who enjoy solving complex business challenges, conducting research, and building meaningful relationships with senior professionals.
